  11. The Customer releases Jordan Ahli Bank from any liability in any case for any damage and/or loss incurred by the Customer resulting from the redemption of points and understands that the Bank does not guarantee the quality of digital channels services and products provided by the entities participating in the Program and providing the vouchers, and that the Bank shall not participate in any related operational aspects.
  12. 14. The Bank shall bear no responsibility for reissuing any voucher if it expires without being used.
  15. The Customer understands that in the event of failure to pay any dues owed to the Bank, he/she shall not be able to benefit from the privileges granted under the Ahli Rewards Program until full settlement of all obligations.
  16. 17. A Customer shall forfeit any entitlement to Points if the Customer carries out fictitious financial and/or banking transactions, or engages in any fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct for the purpose of exploiting the Program.

The cancellation, suspension, or amendment of the Program shall not affect the Customer’s vested right to any Points accrued prior to the effective date of such cancellation, suspension, or amendment. Any such cancellation, suspension, or amendment shall take effect only from its effective date, and the accrual of Points shall cease immediately thereafter. For the avoidance of doubt, no such cancellation, suspension, or amendment shall have retroactive effect or adversely affect any transactions completed or any rights accrued prior to the applicable effective date.

  1. The Customer understands that all accumulated points shall be cancelled in the event of account closure upon his/her request or for any reason whatsoever.
  2. In cases of death, all accumulated points shall be automatically cancelled without any obligations upon the Bank toward the heirs.
